Physical Exams Information Fall 

State regulations require the school to have a current physical on file for the entire season (current physicals need to be dated within 13 months of activity). Please enter the date of the most recent physical in Arbiter-Family ID and upload a copy of it as well.

In order for the physical to be valid for the ENTIRE FALL season it must be dated October 8, 2023 or later. If your student’s physical is dated before that date it will expire during the Fall season. Your  athlete will become ineligible to play until a new physical is submitted. This is NON-NEGOTIABLE from the state. (Example physical is dated September 10, 2023 if no new physical is submitted the athlete will be INELIGIBLE to practice or play in any game starting October 11, 2024)
